Advisor OS  for reps

You got a target. Nobody gave you a system.

Advisor OS is the system. Every lead in one place, follow-ups that go out without you remembering, and your own numbers so you can see which part of the month is breaking.

The first month

  • Wk 1Every lead you already have, in one list with a date on it
  • Wk 1Follow-ups drafted in your words, sent when you say go
  • Wk 2Confirmations going out before every meeting
  • Wk 4Your own ratios, built from what you actually did

01

The week you actually have

The job is hard enough without doing it from memory.

Selling is the part you trained for. The rest of the job runs on what you happen to remember:

01Leads sit in three chats, a notebook and your head.
02The prospect who said "call me after March" never got called.
03Confirmed appointments quietly turn into no-shows.
04You find out you are behind in the last week of the month.
05Half of every week goes to forms, documents and chasing signatures.

Every one of those is the same problem. Nothing holds the process except you, and you are busy selling.

02

Your numbers

A bad month has a reason, and usually you can name it.

Advisor OS counts what you do: contacts made, appointments booked, appointments met, cases closed. After about a month you have your own ratios, and the ratios tell you where to look.

Your monthCountRate
Contacts made138
Appointments booked4835%
Appointments met3471%
Cases closed1029%

Illustrative month. Fourteen booked appointments never happened, which is the row worth arguing about.

  • If APlenty of contacts, few appointmentsThe problem is your opening, so that is what you practise this week.
  • If BAppointments booked but not metThe fix is confirmations and reminders, and the system sends both.
  • If CMeeting people and not closingThat is what coaching is for, and now your manager knows which part to coach.

What you get

Everything the notebook was doing, done properly.

A

Every lead in one place

Stage, last contact, and the date you said you would come back to them.

B

Follow-ups that go out

Day one, day three, day seven, in your words. You approve, it sends.

C

Fewer no-shows

A confirmation the day before and a reminder on the morning.

D

Your own numbers

Activity and ratios, updated as you work instead of at month end.

05

Straight answers

The questions reps ask us first.

Does my manager see all of this?

Yes. Your activity is shared with your manager, the same as any team system. What changes is the conversation. Instead of "why are you behind", it becomes "your contact volume is fine, your appointment rate is not".

Do I have to log everything twice?

No. Activity comes in from the tools you already use, so your calendar, your CRM and your messages fill most of it in before you touch anything. You confirm what happened and move on.

Will it get me leads?

No. Leads come from you, your referrals and whatever your agency runs. Advisor OS keeps you from dropping the ones you already have.

How long before it is useful?

Day one. The list works immediately. Your ratios need about a month of your own activity before they mean anything.

06

The shift

From a month you survive to a month you run.

Before

  • Leads live in your head
  • Follow-ups happen when you remember
  • No-shows you cannot explain
  • The number arrives at month end

After

  • One list, already in order
  • Follow-ups run on their own
  • Meetings that get confirmed
  • Your ratios, updated as you work

07

Why we built this

Nobody fails this job for lack of effort.

The reps who struggle are usually working plenty. They are carrying the whole process in their head, and heads drop things. A name here, a callback there, a meeting nobody confirmed.

Advisor OS will not make you better at selling. What it does is make sure every conversation you start gets followed through, and that at the end of the month you can see what happened.

Do that for a quarter and the numbers stop being a mystery. Then coaching has something to work with.
